Shelly Chopra, who made her directorial debut with the film Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, says the off-screen chemistry of father-daughter duo Anil and Sonam Kapoor played a vital role for her film. Chopra reveals she is fortunate when both of them agreed to collaborate with her in her first film project as it’s also the first time they share the screen space with each other. Though the director believes they are perfect for her film.

She shared the movie also stars Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao and the director didn’t shy away from heaping praises on them. She said both Raj and Juhi performed excellently in the film, they are awesome actors and have done something different in this movie. It will be also relatively interesting to see a reunion of the popular onscreen Jodi of Juhi Chawla and Anil Kapoor who will pair up on the screen after 11 years. Don’t need to divulge much about the movie, the trailer suggests that it is about a commentary of a family on homosexuality.
