Tuesday, 19th March, the producer Sandip Ssingh has officially confirmed to changed the release date of the film due to the audience's great demand. “We are bringing this film a week early on public demand. There is a lot of love and anticipation among the people and we don’t want them to wait longer. This is a story of 1.3 billion people and I can’t wait to show it to them,” he stated.

After the announcement, he took to his Twitter to reconfirm the information. "With utmost gratitude, we reveal the second poster of our movie 'PM Narendra Modi', please do shower your immense love and blessings as always. PM Narendra Modi, releasing on the 5th of April. #jaihind #PMNarendraModi @vivekoberoi @omungkumar  @anandpandit63," Sandip Ssingh tweeted.

The Bhoomi's director Omung Kumar comes back in this biographical project. PM Narendra Modi tells a story around the journey of the 14th Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi's life will be conveyed detailly through the acting skills of Vivek Oberoi, a veteran actor in biographical films including Rakta Charitra (character Paritala Ravindra).

Earlier on his Twitter, Omung Kumar shared that directing PM Narendra Modi is a huge responsibility and proudness of him. "To direct a biopic of a man Shri @narendramodi ji who is one the most prolific leaders in the history of India is a huge responsibility and I’m proud to helm it," the director wrote.

Apart from the lead role Vivek Oberoi, the film features Prashant Narayanan, Manoj Joshi, Boman Irani, Barkha Sengupta, Yatin Karyekar, Zarina Wahab, Anjan Shrivastav, Akshat R Saluja, Ramakant Dayma, Darshan Kumaar, and Jimesh Patel.

Suresh Oberoi, Anand Pandit, and Sandip Ssingh are the producers.
