It has been 3 years since Adele split from Simon Konecki and she has spiced her life up. Reportedly, her reformer pilates class has comforted her life to a new lease by helping her lose more than a stone in weight with Ayda Fields’ workout lessons.
31-year-old Adele showed her new figure in slimmed-down shape with a black costume when partying with her childhood idol Spice Girls last weekend.
