Being the daughter of asserts actor Chunky Panday, Ananya Panday said that becoming an actor is the dream of her life. According to the star kid, it’s unfair for anyone to say that she can’t have dreams just because she belongs to a ‘certain family.’ Instead of making judgments basing on her family background, the young actress expect people to judge her by her performance in the upcoming film.
Meanwhile, her debut film Student of The Year 2, which also stars Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria in the lead roles, will hit the theatre this Friday on May 11.
Ananya Has Nothing To Be Ashamed Of
In addition to that, Ananya also discussed the nepotism in Bollywood, claiming that it did exist in all industries. However, the star kid has nothing to be ashamed of as she worked hard to grab the film on her own. She auditioned for Student of The Year 2 twice and was able to get her second film Pati, Patni Aur Woh thanks to her talent.
Talking about her father Chunky Panday who starred in numerous films mostly in the 90s, she appreciated his great efforts of making a name in the industry. That encourages the 20-year-old actress to try harder so she won’t be ashamed of being his daughter.
