Arhaan Khan Gets Legal Notice For Exploiting Rashami Desai's Property

Model and former Bigg Boss 13 contestant has landed into a legal soup after he received a legal notice from the society members for illegally possessing property of Rashami Desai. Arhaan Khan and Rashami Desai were in a relationship for a long time. But in one of Weekend ka vaar episode, host Salman Khan revealed that Arhaan Khan was already married and has a kid from his previous marriage. This led to severe tensions between him and Rashami as the actress did not knew about any such development. Salman also had informed publicly that her property was currently occupied by Arhaan's family in her absence.

Rashami Desai openly revealed during an interview inside the Bigg Boss house that she does not see any future with Arhaan Khan and she wants him out of his life. She reacted this when a media person questioned about her relationship status. There were allegations on Arhaan Khan that he was taking advantage of Rashami Desai's property in her absence. Rashami in a recent episode was seen talking to Devoleena Bhattacharjee where she confessed that she is no more interested in Arhaan and she wants him out of his life. She wants to close Arhaan's chapter from her life.

According to sources, the society members after seeing the episode approached Arhaan Khan with a legal notice seeking explanation about their illegal stay inside Rashami's residence in Mumbai. Several media reports on the couple's tiff led the society members to take such action. However, Arhaan Khan has claimed that Rashami knew about his previous marriage but was unaware of the child. He claimed that he was waiting for the right time to inform her about the child. Meanwhile, the contestants inside the house were seen badmouthing Arhaan Khan for hiding such an important thing of his life from Rashami.

It should be noted that Arhaan Khan's alleged ex girlfriend was recently arrested by Mumbai police in a high profile sex racket. Arhaan clarified that the woman in question is no longer associated with him and he is not behind police action.
