Drama, the name of the latest film of the director-actor duo Mohanlal and Ranjith, has marked a remarkable arrival in most theatres. The film is beyond any expectation and received a host of bestowals as it is produced by the Malayalam film industry’s most-loved actor-director combo. Reports suggested that the film Drama is a decent entertainer along with a satirical aspect related to it.
A big release
Drama released on a large scale, more specifically, in more than 140 screens reported only in Kerala. The film comes out a big release with 27 shows right on the opening day.
Collections on opening day
Reportedly, the booking for the film was good enough, indeed in the evening shows. Report from Forum Keralam said that Drama has collected 5.11 Lakhs thanks to 27 shows on the released day.
Still on the lower side
However, the first-day collection of film paled in comparison with Neerali which had collected roughly 6.57 Lakhs and Kayamkulam kochunni collecting 19 Lakhs on an opening day at the Kochi multiplexes. Therefore, the Drama’s collection is still on the lower side.

Drama is expected to remain the same number of shows as the first days on the 4 upcoming days. It is also expected that the collection will skyrocket on two days Saturday and Sunday
