After the announcement of a hiatus from music a few days back, the Beauty and a beat singer Justin Bieber was stopped by police for the choice of footwear. The Canadian star took to the Instagram story to share the incident on Wednesday. On 27 March, a police officer mistook the cable tie on his $600 Off-White X Nike Air Max 90 “Desert Ore” as a security tag.
The crooner then jokingly blamed Off-White designer Virgil Abloh.
For those unversed, The Off-White™ x Nike Air Max 90 “Desert Ore” was launched in January as part of the latest collaboration between Abloh and Nike. It stands to reason that it was sold out a mile a minute.
The “Baby” singer admitted that the zip tie bears a resemblance to the common security tag, though he also made clear that it was just stylized and wanted him to “check it out.”
Earlier, Justin Bieber took to Instagram to share a lengthy and emotional post disclosing the reason why he couldn’t concentrate on releasing his new music soon. The Singer affirmed he doesn’t fall apart and he can sustain his marriage and become the father he wants to be.
