Being aware of how unhealthy it is, a 19-year-old student named Tanishq decided to give up on his junk food addiction and start working out. According to Tanishq, he used to be obsessed with street food no matter how unhealthy it was. After a 2-week holiday trip with his family, the boy was shocked as he gained 7 kilos. He immediately realized that it was the right time to give up on the bad habit and cling on to a strict workout regimen.

Diet meal plan to lose weight

Breakfast: porridge/oats/french toast or sometimes idli, anything which is low-fat.
Lunch: 2 chapatis along with seasonal green vegetables.
Dinner: Chicken and egg (boiling or grilling is much preferred)

In addition to that, he usually drinks coffee for the pre-workout meal and protein shake for post-workout. Sometimes, he usually has some waffles in his cheat days but tries to have as little as possible.

His workout schedule

In terms of workout regime, Tanishq hits the gym 5 days a week and each day, he focuses on different areas. For example, Monday and Saturday are leg days while Tuesday is for Triceps and Biceps. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, he will do Abs and Chest exercises. Thursday is for shoulder and Back and Friday for Cardio.

The Raipur boy also unveils his fitness secret that you can only change yourself once you’re motivated enough. If the desire to transform your body is strong enough, you will find a way to make it real. It’s easy to gain weight but losing a couple of kilos is really a battle. According to him, the fear of gaining weight encouraged him and pushes him forward. Interestingly, Tanishq’s never thought that he would enjoy gymming that much. However, the 19-year-old boy finds himself staying positive and full of energy while sweating.

As a teenager, Tanishq can barely find a pair of denim which are fashioned and fit him at the same time. After losing 15 kilos and get back in shape, he is now able to wear anything he wants. However, he still wants to be a bit fitter and build more muscles for a toned figure.
