It has been more than two decades since Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio played the 20-year-old handsome man Jack in the 1997 blockbuster Titanic and moviegoers are still wondering if Jack could have fit on that door at the end of the film.
Recently, while promoting his upcoming film Once Upon A Time In The Hollywood with Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie, Leonardo DiCaprio was asked his thought about the same old question.
Responding to this, Leonardo said, “I have no comment”, while giving a little chuckle.
Brad Pitt, who was also present in the interview, claimed that he will go back and check the original footage, as saying
The 55-year-old star also suggested that Jack could have squeezed into the floating piece of the broken door with Rose.
For those who don’t know, James Cameron’s Titanic, which is considered as one of the greatest films of all time with 11 Oscars under its name, revolves around the love story of Jack Dawson and Rose Dewitt Bukater in the luxurious, ill-fated R.M.S Titanic that sank in 1912 after crashing into an iceberg.
The heartbreaking ending of the film with Jack sacrificing himself to save the love of his life has always been the subject of controversy and many hardcore fans have even come up with alternate endings for their beloved couple to have a happy ending together.
Meanwhile, Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon A Time in Hollywood, featuring Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie, is all set to hit the cinema on 26th July.
