One Thing Benedict Cumberbatch Regrets In Avengers: Infinity War

The star revealed that he had regretted not sneaking into a theatre to experience the reaction of audiences to the end of the movie.

Avenger: Infinity War achieved extraordinary success and gain so much love from moviegoers around the world. With that success, it is pretty sure that the actors, who have a chance to be in the movie, will have no regret about the movie. Nevertheless, Benedict Cumberbatch, the British actor playing Doctor Strange, had one.

Uproxx had an interview with Benedict Cumberbatch; the star spills the real bean that he had regretted not sneaking into a theatre to experience the reaction of audiences to the end of the movie.

Benedict Cumberbatch could not hide his surprise after hearing that the ending scene of Avenger: Infinity War made audiences screaming; “Oh, you’re serious?” the star said. It seems to be that he really wants to be in the cinema to see the reaction of moviegoers; "And I wish I had. I really do. I really wish I’d done that.", the star stated. It is likely that he was so busy with the press tour, even though he still had a short break for the holiday with his family. Besides that, Benedict Cumberbatch also revealed that Mark Ruffalo, also known as The Incredible Hulk, made Facetime video call when he was in a cinema with his children. Additionally, Benedict Cumberbatch also believed that Tom Holland could be in a movie theatre.

Benedict Cumberbatch described his wife as a huge fan of Doctor Strange. Therefore, the death of Doctor Strange at the end of the movie made her socked and she still cannot forget it. In order to claim that Doctor Strange was gone, the star stated to his wife: “Baby, he’s gone. There’s no more Doctor Strange. He’s gone. That’s it.”

Benedict Cumberbatch will be the voice actor for Grinch in the animated movie The Grinch. While the upcoming Avengers movie will be released in 2019, the possibility to see the powerful mystic wizard is uncertain.
