Siddhant Chaturvedi, Saif Ali Khan & Ananya Panday To Headline Rahul Dholakia’s Next

Siddhant Chaturvedi, who shot to fame with his debut performance in “Gully Boy” earlier this year, is busy signing one high-profile project after another.

Siddhant Chaturvedi, who shot to instant fame after delivering a power-packed performance in the Zoya Akhtar directorial Gully Boy (2019) earlier this year, has become a hot property in the tinsel town of Bollywood. The young actor is flooded with dozens of movie offers and that too from several established filmmakers of the industry. But he is taking his own sweet little time in deciding what to accept and what to reject.

Siddhant Chaturvedi has recently been confirmed for Yash Raj Films’ Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Dharma Productions’ next untitled film with Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday. Bunty Aur Babli 2, a sequel to Bunty Aur Babli (2005), also stars Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji and debutante Sharvari Wagh. The latest we hear that Siddhant Chaturvedi has also joined Saif Ali Khan and Ananya Panday on the cast of filmmaker Rahul Dholakia’s next directorial offering.

A couple of days ago, several media outlets reported that Saif Ali Khan had come onboard to play Ananya Panday’s father in Rahul Dholakia’s next film. Siddhant Chaturvedi is the latest actor to join the star cast of the forthcoming movie. Reportedly, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani will produce the movie under Excel Entertainment. More details are awaited.

Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday both made their acting debuts in 2019, and it is so good to see that the audience has accepted both the actors with open arms. The filmmakers are also showing great interest in them, and a series of exciting projects that they have in their pockets is a testimony to their rising popularity.

Meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan is looking forward to the release of his next film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. Also starring Ajay Devgn and Kajol in principal characters, the much-awaited war period drama enters theatres on 10th January 2020.
