On being confronted with Kangana Ranaut's criticism for staying away from commenting on national issues, Ranbir Kapoor said that he has no interest in reacting to the Queen star's claim.

During a promotional event for her Republic Day release, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Kangana Ranaut had launched an attack against Ranbir Kapoor for being apolitical. The curly-haired actress had said that such kind of behavior was “irresponsible” and that she was not “that kind” of a person. Though his girlfriend and Bollywood diva Alia Bhatt strongly defended him, Ranbir Kapoor chose to keep silence.

And now, he has finally broken his silence over Kangana's sharp nagging. At an event held on Mumbai, Ranbir Kapoor was asked to comment on the same. The superstar said he prefers to avoid controversial queries. “Whatever anyone’s asks me I do answer it. I don’t have any interest in giving answers to these questions. People can say whatever they want. I know who I am and what I say,” Ranbir said.

On the other hand, Kangana Ranaut is known to speak her minds. The actress has often landed in trouble for her pointed statement against Bollywood celebrities. Earlier, in an interview, Kangana said that Ranbir and Alia were too young to be called actors. Kangana even said that she felt "embarrassed" that her name was in competition with Alia as her performance in Gully Boy was "mediocre."
In fact, both of the actors are winning all hearts over their stupendous on-screen performance and bagged many honorable awards.

Currently, Kangana is jumping in another serious spat with actor Hrithik Roshan for now-averted box-office clash of her film Mental Hai Kya with Hrithik’s Super 30. Her sister Rangoli Chandel accuse the actor of resorting to negative PR campaigns to malign Kangana's reputation. A day later, Hrithik announced that he had decided to shift the release date of his film to save himself from ‘personal trauma.’
