Marathi Taraka Awards 2019: Vetaran Actress Rekha Calls Kangana Ranaut 'Her Daughter', Gifts Her A Sari

The veteran Indian film actress Rekha reunited her daughter, actor Kangana Ranaut at the event and expressed their love to each other.

Sara Ali Khan, Asha Parekh, Rekha, Kangana Ranaut, Asha Parekh, Zeenat Aman, Waheeda Rahman among other Bollywood stars graced at the Marathi Taraka Awards 2019.

The veteran Indian film actress Rekha reunited "her daughter", actor Kangana Ranaut at the event and expressed their affection to each other. The senior actress chose a gorgeous golden Kanjeevaram mixed with a piece of ethnic jewelry. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut attended the event in gold and black sari gifted by Rekha paired with a gajra in her beautiful hair. Reportedly, the sari is usually the first choice of Kangana when attending the offline event. On Instagram, Kangana's fans gave compliment on her beauty, "Timeless Beauties!, Slaying the saree game."

Especially, Rekha was the one who presented a precious award to Kangana, the prominent lead role in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi (by Kangana Ranaut). Expressing her feeling about Kangana, the senior actress shared: "If I had a daughter she would have been like Kangana". The actress also called Kangana as the real version of Jhansi Ki Rani.

Another actress who won every single heart at the awards night was the newbie Sara Ali Khan. After successful debuts with Kedarnath and Simmba, Sara deserved with the spotlight of the night. Choosing a peach silk kurta-salwar, Sara made strong impression when coming on stage with prominent names including Jaya Prada, Asha Parekh, Waheeda Rahman, Bindu, Saroj Khan, and Helen. The newbie well-connected with the celebrities at the event. Also, Sara happily shook a leg together with choreographer Saroj. Reportedly, the newbie is preparing for Rannbhoomi releasing in Diwali 2020.

Rekha and "her daughter" were caught happily chatting. Also, Kangana greeted choreographer Sajor on stage. Veteran actor Zeenat Aman also attended the event.
