Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan Head To South Africa To Ring In Taimur’s Birthday

Actors Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan hosted a pre-birthday bash for their bundle of joy Taimur a few days ago. The munchkin is about to turn two on December 20, and he is already a star. The family has embarked on a South Africa getaway to ring in Taimur’s birthday. They were spotted at Mumbai airport in an extremely high spirit as the trio was heading to the holiday destination. It looks a sight when seeing Taimur mounted on his father’s shoulders and his mother in tow.

The toddler seemed to be fascinated when having a view from the shoulders of his dad and flashed bright smiles with paparazzi. The family of three was sporting the winter wear. While Saif put on a grey ensemble, Taimur wore a navy hoodie with red sneakers. Kareen looked stylish, as usual, in skinny black pants mixed with a jean jacket.

For the record, Kareena and Saif had thrown a small birthday party for Taimur on December 7. They also strike a pose with their son Taimur outside their residence for cameramen. The photo shows Kareena holding up their son while clinging on to Saif’s arm.

Also seen in presence at the birthday party were Soha Ali Khan accompanied by her husband Kunal Kemmu and the couple’s toddler Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. The Run Bhola Run star Tusshar’s son Laksshya Kapoor was a part of the bash. Kareena’s sister - Taimur’s aunt - Karisma along with their children Samaira and Kiaan were also present.  Television personality Rannvijay Sangha arrived with his daughter and wife.

Birthday boy’s grandparents Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor were seen attending the affair. Also spotted at the party were the Arora sisters Malaika and Amrita who are the friends of Kareena.

On the work front, Saif is occupied with shooting for the Sacred Games season 2 while his wife Kareena is about to star in Good News and Takht.
