Kareena Kapoor Reacts On Her Ex-boyfriend Shahid Kapoor's "Kabir Singh"

Kabir Singh became a top grosser after earning Rs 300 crore across India. However, critics and the audience criticized hard turn of events on Preeti Sikka (Kiara Advani).

Many slammed filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga for choosing a film which showed harsh male dominance on a woman.

Shahid Kapoor (Kabir Singh) played the role of a top surgeon but later becomes a self-destructive lover.

Kareena Kapoor who had previously dated actor Shahid Kapoor in an interview to news agency revealed that she has not seen the movie. She further claimed that many people have loved the film and so it has turned out to be a blockbuster.

During the interview, Kareena Kapoor said, “I haven’t seen the film. But clearly it hasn’t affected anything because the movie has made over 300 crores. So, it’s a double-edged sword. Because there are people who are actually going to watch it and have found something that they love.

Otherwise, it is not possible for it to have done so well. But I’m happy that people are talking about it and if you ask me, I don’t personally believe in a character like that because that’s not me as a person."

"But at the end of the day, it’s a film and it has worked. But I’m happy that people are talking about things and they want their voice to be heard. But they clearly are outnumbered by the people who have loved the film. That’s the reality which is sad,” Kareena Kapoor further said.

Bebo has finished shooting for reality show Dance India Dance 7 as a judge. She will be seen next in big-budget movies like Good Newz, Angrezi Medium, Laal Singh Chaddha and Takht.
