Television Queen Mouni Roy Recreates Sridevi's Iconic Song "Kaate Nahi Kat Te"

We have seen various versions of the iconic chartbuster Kaate Nahi Kat Te from the movie Mr. India. This song was initially picturized on the Bollywood diva late Sridevi, who set the fire with her spectacular performances and on-screen appearances in Bollywood.

Sridevi’s impeccable charm and sensual dance moves with sky blue color saree made everyone dumbstruck. Many versions of Kaate Nahi Kat Te was performed before by different actresses. In the recent video, we see the Gold movie actress and television queen Mouni Roy raises the temperature with her dance moves.

Mouni Roy recently barefoot performed Kaate Nahi Kat Te on the stage. The video was first posted by one of her fans, Mouni was happy to re-post it on her official Instagram page. In the video song, we can see the actress looks impressive while dancing in a red saree.

Mouni Roy is the well know television actress and trained 'Kathak' dancer. She is best known for playing Krishna Tulsi in Kyu Ki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi in 2007, Sati in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev and Shivangi Singh in Nagin. She was the finalist of the reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.

She will be next seen in Ayan Mukherji's upcoming movie Brahmastra. This is the first time in her career the actress is going to play grey shade character. Brahmastra features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles as well as the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan.

The gorgeous actress told the Mumbai mirror, “In raw, you won't find me grooving at all. I want people to start calling for these roles as well (Indicating to possibilities to do dance numbers). I can also be a fun heroine but its good that people call me for performance-oriented roles”, the actress had even revealed that she has dance numbers in her upcoming films, Bole Chudiya and Made In China.
