Actress Radhika Apte shares her reminiscence to be a part of Sacred Games. It was her first-ever Netflix show and she had the chance to portray a “starkly” divergent role.

Sacred Games is a critically-acclaimed series which has Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui playing the protagonists. The second season has recently gone on floors and again received a rain of praises.

However, in spite of having featured as a critical RAW agent character named Anjali Mathur, Apte didn’t get to appear in the current season as her role was blotted out near the 1^st season’s ending.

The actress opened up that she has yet watched the later season but she assured that she will “binge-watch it” asap.

Radhika is basking in thrill as her thriller movie Andhadhun recently won three National awards. She said the winning of the movie is evident for the fact that the celluloid is going the right track of making path-breaking films.

She shared that 2018 was an unforgettable year as she was able to seize the chance of acting in movies such as Andhadhun, Padman, Baazaar and Lust Stories.

Radhika Apte has a belief that the movie industry is having a better approach towards both on-off screen women.

The actress will appear in a British-American film alongside Dev Patel, Raat Akeli Hai and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The project is titled The Wedding Guest.
