Nevertheless, Kapil Sharma has received harsh criticism from the audiences and fans for his comment. Talking about the controversy around the show recently, Kapil gave a piece of his mind in his latest Twitter post.

His post read: "We may have a difference in opinion about how to deal with it, but like every Indian, I am hurt and angry with this cowardly act of terrorism. The biggest tribute we can give to our Martyrs is to stand united with our Armed forces and give a befitting reply to the terrorists and their handlers sitting in Pakistan.”

In response, here is Twitter's reaction to Kapil Sharma:

Earlier, on 14 February, a 19-year-old Jaish-e-Mohammed carried 350 kg of explosives and hit the bus when 78 vehicles with 2500 CRFP were on the Srinagar - Jammu highway. The terror attack claimed at least 44 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel and triggered a wave of anger among the Indians. The Kapil Sharma Show’s judge Navjot Singh Sidhu then had controversial statements on the attack which created a trend to boycott the show.
