Vijay Deverakonda Rumoured To Be Teaming Up With Megastar Mahesh Babu

Young star Vijay Deverakonda was the chief guest at one of the pre-release events of Mahesh Babu’s latest film “Maharshi”. His presence at the event fuelled speculations that the two might team up for a project.

Vijay Deverakonda, who entered filmdom in 2011 with romantic comedy Nuvvila, has established himself as one of the most sought-after actors in Telugu films in no time. Over the last eight years, the handsome star has been a part of several successful films. Also, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry.

The latest we hear that Vijay Deverakonda may join forces with superstar Mahesh Babu for an upcoming film. Mahesh Babu is currently basking in the humongous success of his most recent release Maharshi (2019). Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, the action entertainer has emerged as one of the most successful films of his career. Maharshi is still running successfully in several theatres across the country. It is expected to put a huge figure on display before wrapping up its run at the box-office.

While Maharshi is still drawing cine-goers to theatres in droves, fans are eagerly awaiting the announcement of Mahesh Babu’s next. Rumors were rife of late that the superstar might feature in filmmaker Anil Ravipudi’s next directorial. Rashmika Mandanna is said to be playing his leading lady in the flick. According to reports, the untitled project is a multi-starrer and Vijay Deverakonda could also join the star cast.

Whoever saw them together said both the actors shared a great rapport. Well, there is no official confirmation on whether or not the two dynamic actors are joining forces, but if they do, it will be a combo to look forward to.

Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda will be next seen in the upcoming film Dear Comrade. It reunites him with his Geetha Govindam (2018) co-star Rashmika Mandanna. The movie is slated to buzz into theatres on 26th July.
