"Bromance" has always been an universal theme in many Hollywood movies and Marvel’s Captain America is definitely one of them.

"Bromance" has always been a universal theme in many Hollywood movies and Marvel’s Captain America is definitely one of them. From the two last seasons of Captain America: The First Avenger and Captain America: Civil War, a Reddit’s member - also a Marvel fan has spotted out the spiritual bond between Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers.

The Similarity

A fan with nickname Cellardaws uploaded multiple screen captures from the dual Marvel Movies. The interesting part is in his captions which pointed out why MCU was his all-time favorite. The parallels in Bucky grabbing Steve’s attacker hadn't caught his eyes until he saw this from Marvel Studios. This post has reached more than 20,000 upvotes on the subreddit of Marvel.

The screenshots in the post displayed matching scenes of the two movies. The scene in Civil War was created as a recall to the one in The First Avenger. The similarity between the two scenes is his fearlessness and unconquerable attitude. In the first season of Captain America, Steve was driven to the corner of an alley, pre-serum, but still bravely fought back goons. In Captain America: Civil War, he confronted his fellow-Iron Man. The iconic line: “I can do this all day” shows up in both scenes.

In addition to that, Marvel fans also discovered a brand-new, different detail. The scene of Bucky Barnes coming to rescue Steve when things are tough appears in both of the movies. The special friendship between Steve and Bucky lays a foundation for the Captain America trilogy plot, with their bond stays stronger through extremely hard times.

Christ Evan Will Quit His Role From Captain America

There is also a rumor that Bucky is likely to steal the spotlight from Captain America when Chris Evans decides to quit his role as planned after the forthcoming Avenger 4. Evans has recently tweeted about the character that he has performed for almost ten years like the final farewell. His message also informed the official wrap-up of the Avengers 4. It must be a memorable day for him as it’s been 8 years since Chris Evans started playing this role. He also sent his gratitude to the cast, the team and all audiences who have supported Chris as well as his character, Captain America.

Marvel fans have to wait and see what will happen to their favorite characters when The Marvel Cinematic Universe makes their official statement next year in its release. Following this, they will allegedly reveal new casts for Fantastic Four and the X-men.
