Finally, “War” has defeated “Kabir Singh” at the box office with the total domestic collection of more than Rs 280 crore, a breaking jump to reach the top hill of a must-watch movie this year.

Promoting a ground-breaking in the action genre of Bollywood, War has performed a miracle in the list of movies this year. After a couple of weeks going on floors, War box office collection has gained a dramatic figure to break the record of Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh.

The reported amount following trade analyst Taran Adarsh showed that Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer movie has collected Rs 280.6 crore in the domestic. This is a new breeze to the top spot of the highest-grossing Hindi films in 2019, surpassing all the blockbusters before.

Based on the updated record, the position of the Top 5 biggest movies of the year has witnessed some remarkable changes.

War heads the list and still runs its speedy movements towards the milestone of Rs 300 crore. Following the first position is Kabir Singh with over Rs 278 crore and Vicky Kaushal’s hit Uri: The Surgical Strike lands at the third-ranking (Rs 245 crore).

Earning Rs 216 crore in the bank, Salman Khan’s Bharat still remains its fourth position in the list and followed by Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal with Rs 202 crore.
