Although it wasn’t meant to be a biographical film, it narrates a story in real life with real incidents. There have already been some early reviews for the film and it seems that it receives positive reactions. However, there is one thing that has been put on the table since the very first release of the trailer. It is the dusky skin tone of Hrithik in the movie.

In a Hindustan Times interview, the actor replied to the question and said that the issue is nonsense as his skin tone has been much darker in movies like Dhoom 2, Agneepath and other movies as well. He cleared the air that a man who sells papad under the 45-degree sun would very be likely to possess duskier skin than others.

If it is the reverse, people would question why his skin was so fair too. Hrithik also said that people discussing this thing deems for somewhat of racism. He asked if that means this part can’t be played by a guy with fair skin or he shall not be entitled to opt for a role as such.

In the meantime, Hrithik Roshan busy promoting for the movie. Although the film’s screening was held, reviews are still in short supply.
