Sleeping With Hero In Exchange For 2-Minute Role, Kangana Makes Shocking Revelation To Slam Jaya

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is no stranger to controversies. She is currently finding herself at the center of attention for her fierce and violent clash with the government as the BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) demolished her office earlier on 9 September. She also makes headlines for her controversial statements indirectly or directly taking a dig at other Bollywood actors, mostly star kids or her contemporaries. This time around is an older one and she is none other than Amitabh Bachchan’s wife Jaya Bachchan for her thaali comment.

Amid the alleged Bollywood drug cartel, recently, on Tuesday, actress, and PM Jaya Bachchan said that the entertainment industry was way too flogged by social media and she demanded support from the government to protect it.

She also insinuated some household names who have already established their position in the industry have described it as a gutter. Bachchan expressed her disagreement towards this opinion from a celebrity Lok Sabha member and felt embarrassed and ashamed for that.

The veteran later used a popular Hindi proverb,

“Jis thali mein khate hai Usme chhed karte hai. Galat baat hai” (biting the hand that feed you).

No prize for guessing, “drama queen” who has made news for her provocative comments instantly slammed back Jaya Bachchan.

She made a shocking revelation about the dark side of the film industry. The actress said,

“Which plate are you referring to Jaya ji? A thaali (plate) was given, in which a two-minute role, item numbers and a romantic scene were offered and that too only after sleeping with hero. I taught feminism to the film industry, decorated the ‘thaali’ with patriotic films. This is my own plate Jaya ji, it is not yours.”

For those who are unversed, Jaya Bachchan was in the news for her bold statements in the past. From wanting to slap Shah Rukh Khan to saying the rumor closeness between her husband and Rekha very cheap, Jaya is also one of those who don’t afraid to speak their mind.
