Salman Khan’s 52-Year-Old Fan Cycles 600 Km To Meet Him In Filmfare Awards 2020 Guwahati

Bollywood Bhaijaan Salman Khan is no stranger to overwhelming success. He is one of a few names of B-town who are ruling the domestic film industry for quite a few decades now. Thanks to the top-notch performances he delivered in his films and the down-to-earth manner in real life, Salman is loved by people from all walks of life. No prize for guessing, with massive popularity like this, he enjoys a huge fan base and his fans always want to do everything to be able to meet him in person.

Be it film promotions or birthday, fans of Salman always gather in a huge crowd and wait to see him patiently. This time around is no exception but it’s much more heart-touching as one of his fans has done something very unusual and rarely can someone do that.

A fan of Khan hailing from Assam’s Tinsukia covered a distance of more than 600 kilometers on his bike to meet his idol Salman Khan. Bhupen Likson, 52, who is now a cyclist residing in Tinsukia started the journey from his town on 8 February and finally reached Guwahi where Salman Khan will attend the awards event of Filmfare.

For those unversed, the man has been named in the India Book of Records as he completed the target of cycling 48 km in one hour but didn’t touch the handles.

The prestigious Filmfare awards night is set to take place on 15 February, though a curtain-raiser was thrown in Mumbai nearly two weeks ago.

On the work front, Salman Khan is basking in the glory of the success of his back-to-back hits in 2019. He is now occupied with filming for Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The film also features actress Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda and Gautam Gulati. It’s slated to hit the screens on Eid 2020. Stay tuned!
