Mahira Khan Replies To The Troll Who Said She Has No Work Since Smoking Pics

Pakistani actress Mahira Khan replied to the troll who said that she doesn’t have work to do since her smoking photos with Ranbir were leaked on the Internet.

Pakistani actress Mahira has explained and made an apology to old and disappointed ladies for her smoking photos with Ranbir Kapoor that were leaked online in September, but some anti-fans don’t want to let it go. Recently, a troll has reminded Mahira of this incident on social media, however, this time the actress replied back instead of keeping silence.

In a post of her giving good wishes and congratulations to the cricket player Mohammed Hafeez when he declared his retirement from cricket this Tuesday, a troll gave a comment below her post, saying that it seems she has no work to do since her smoking photos with “Ranveer” Kapoor were leaked. And the actress replied the troll by just one word “Ranbir*.”

Mahira Khan’s fans also supported her for this reply.

Mahira Khan’s photos with Ranbir Kapoor were leaked on the Internet in September last year. In the pictures, Mahira Khan and Ranbir Kapoor were grabbing a cigarette together outside the hotel in NY. The photos spread rumors of the two actors’ relationship and brought to the actress lots of hate from the trolls. Mahira Khan has also received lots of support from fans and colleagues in this industry such as Ali Fazal.

In an interview with NDTV, Ranbir Kapoor also defended her and said that people were unfairly treating Mahira. According to Ranbir, Mahira Kapoor is someone that he respects and admires for her achievement and who she is. He also said that it was unfair when Mahira was being treated and judged like that since she was a woman. Ranbir added that he wanted haters to stop all negativity and just move on with their beautiful lives.

While Mahira Kapoor had earlier claimed that she "doesn’t do anything for the world" and smoking was not a part of her life, she later apologized for this controversy. In a statement to the Something Haute, Mahira Kapoor admitted that she was “broken and shattered” because of this controversy. She said that she thought of updating a statement every day and then the actor stopped herself since she just didn’t know what she should say. The actress also added that she totally understood all the criticisms hadn't come from a place of hate, and she knew how disappointed her loved ones and fans felt when they saw those photos. She added that she would say sorry to an old lady immediately if Mahira said she disliked the images.
