Janhvi Kapoor: 'My Parents Were Dramatic About My Dating Life'

Actress Janhvi Kapoor revealed about her relationships and her parents’ dramatic reaction to it.

Actress Janhvi Kapoor, the famous star kid, has received increasing attention from the public. She made her debut with the film Dhadak and its success was like a booster for her career and her dating life has been in the public eye ever since. There have been a lot of rumours about her relationships with other celebrities such as Akshat Rajan or Ishaan Khatter. But Janhvi has confirmed that she is currently not in a relationship with anyone.

In an interview with a magazine, the actress has revealed about her love life and how Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, her parents, reacted to it.

Janhvi Kapoor said her parents were dramatic about her dating

The interviewer asked Janhvi that when she was growing up, what was non-negotiable with her parents, to which Janhvi replied that her parents had always been dramatic about her dating life and it had been a serious topic at home.

In addition, Janhvi also shared that she was shocked and said to her parents that we didn’t have to get married to everyone we like and we could also be chill about it. Unfortunately, her mom and dad couldn’t understand the meaning of chill.

Answering about the rumours about dating with Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi said,

About her acting career, Janhvi is shooting for an untitled biopic on Gunjan Saxena. She has also signed with Takht directed by Karan Johar. Famous actors such as Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Vicky Kaushal will also appear in this period drama.
