Aditya Pancholi's Rape Case: He Said He Was "Falsely Implicated"

Bajirao Mastani’s actor Aditya Pancholi was booked on charges of raping after an actress filed a complaint with Versova Police Station in Mumbai on Thursday.

The (First Information Report) FIR has been registered this case under sections 376, 328, 384, 341, 342, 323, and 506 IPC.

The investigations have officially started. However, the police stated that it would be challenging to crack the case as well as accumulate evidence since the incident happened virtually 10 years ago.

In the complaint of the Bollywood actress, she accused that she was raped by Aditya Pancholi several times. The actress further added that she was forced to be in a relationship with the actor and he harassed her sexually and mentally. Not just this, earlier, this actress had also lodged written complaint against Aditya.

The alleged victim was on record as saying that Pancholi had sexual misconduct on her when she was only 17 years old. She then told the police, though he was let off with a warning only. As per a report published in NDTV,

Earlier this week, on Tuesday, Kangana Ranaut and Rangoli Chandel were reportedly issued a summon by the Mumbai court in association with for the criminal defamation case filed by Aditya Pancholi.

Aditya had claimed Bollywood actress Kangana whom he had allegedly dated that she had been defaming his image for years. The actress in an interview with a news portal taking place in September 2017, spoke about him in a very derogatory manner.

Discouragingly responding to this, the actor and wife Zarina Wahab took the plunge to file a complaint against Kangana at the magistrate court in Andheri.

For those who don’t know, Sanjay Leela Bhansali-directorial film Bajirao Mastani (2015) was the last film Aditya Pancholi starred as a major role.
