Akshay Kumar Confesses That He Hasn't Read Any Of His Wife's Books

Recently, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has made a candid revelation on his wife Twinkle Khanna’s latest book which takes the internet by surprise. In fact, the actor took to his Twitter handle to share a photo of himself with his wife, author Jeffrey Archer.

He announced that more than 1M copies of Twinkle’s latest book Pyjamas Are Forgiving has been sold. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Archer's has just celebrated the 40th anniversary of his famous novel Kane And Abel this year. However, it is not the thing which raises some eyebrows. 

The actor made a shocking twist by confessing that he hasn’t read either of her wife’s book or Archer’s book. “And me? Well, I was just hanging around as I have not read his books or hers," wrote Akshay. It seems like the actor who loves actions and dangerous stunts have never been a book lover. 

Anyway, it’s okay for him not to read Archer’s book as he didn’t get married to him. However, his confession makes us wonder whether 'Mrs. Funnybones' knew it that her husband has never read a single page of her books and how she thinks about it. On The Work Front

Akshay Kumar is going to join the wagon with Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi and Nithya Menon in the multi-starrer Mission Mangal. In addition to that, he will also be seen in Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi which will hit the theater next year in March 2020.

Meanwhile, his actress-turned-author wife Twinkle Khanna is hitting massive success with her fiction novel Pyjamas Are Forgiving which was released last year in 2018. Interestingly, one of Akshay Kumar starrer Padman also took inspiration from his wife book’s The Legends of Lakshmi Prasad.
