Singer Sumit Saini Lifts The Trophy Of India's Famous Reality Show "The Voice India"

Sumit Saini was one of the last five contestants of the "The Voice India" reality show and the team member of judge singer and coach Harshdeep Kaur.

The winner of India's most popular reality show The Voice India, Sumit Saini beat other three contestants of the show, Simran Chaudhary, Hargun Kaur, and Adnan Ahmed in the final round. Sumit received the trophy and the title of The Voice India by the iconic singer, Asha Bhosle. The winner also took to home 25 Lakhs of the prize money.
The Voice India had three teams of singer coaches: Harshdeep Kaur, Armaan Malik, and Kanika Kapoor. The show also had one super judge AR Rehman for the finale but due to some health issues, the legendary singer Asha Bhosle was introduced as the super judge for the final round.
Expressing the happiness of winning the title, Sumit said, "It was extremely surreal when I heard my name being announced as the winner of StarPlus' The Voice India and to have received the award from legendary singer Asha Bhosleji."
"I am grateful to all the coaches for being my pillar of strength, recognizing my talent and encouraging me to put my best foot forward. If it were not for the support of Harshdeep Kaur ma'am and her wise tips and advice, I would not have reached this stage. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to her."
"It was a dream come true to sing in front of the music legend A.R. Rahman sir and to hear him say ‘Jai Ho' to my performances and in the future, I would love to sing a song for his composition. I will always cherish the moments spent on the show and hope to make it big in the industry," he added.
Sumit had started his singing career at the age of 3 as a performer in the Jagrans. He also sang on the stage in his school days. Sumit is born and brought up in Sadhaura Haryana. He is now living with his family at Mohalla Gahenpur.
