The most terrible terror attack happened on February 14 in Jammu and Kashmir which claimed at least 44 Central Reserve Police Force personnel triggered a wave of anger among Indians. Amidst growing tensions in the country, former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu had a controversial statement and got sacked from The Kapil Sharma Show.
His statement read: "For a handful of people, can you blame the entire nation and can you blame an individual? It (the attack) is a cowardly act, and I condemn it firmly. Violence is always condemnable, and those who did it must be punished."
Not only Navjot Singh Sidhu received harsh criticism but also The Kapil Sharma Show was in trouble water when a trend to boycott the show has continued to emerge. However, TV actress Shilpa Shinde recently come to the defence of the former Kapil Sharma’s judge.
After her controversial statement, Shilpa Shinde has received huge backlash and even faced rape threat. The actress then expressed her rage in her latest statement and said she would bring legal charges against the predator who attack women.
Earlier, the host of the Kapil Sharma also shared the same opinion and said that sack Navjot Singh Sidhu is not a right solution.
