Jasmin Bhasin On Her Forthcoming Show “Naagin 4”

Last seen in 4 Lions Films’ Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji, Jasmin Bhasin is in news for bagging one of the lead roles in Colors’ much-awaited show Naagin 4. As the title suggests itself, Naagin 4 is the fourth instalment of Ekta Kapoor’s massively successful supernatural revenge drama series Naagin. Jasmin Bhasin will be playing one of the leads on the show called Nayantara.

Ask her what led her to be a part of Naagin 4, Jasmin Bhasin says, “I took up Naagin 4 because it has been a number one show. It has three super hit seasons and I could see how eagerly people wait for the next season. So, I guess it was a big opportunity for me to be part of it and that is why I took it. I was not apprehensive but I was not very sure about it till I got the exact narration and story. Once my narration and meeting were done, I was very sure about doing the show.”

When asked if there is any pressure ahead of the launch of the show in December, the actress adds, “The only pressure is to perform really well and give my best because all the seasons have been superhits. This season has to be also super hit as well. Performances are the most important thing and that is only pressure I have,” she says.

Talking about the effort that she has put in to perfect her part on the show, Jasmin Bhasin reveals, “The special preparation that I need to put in is to get into shape. The leading ladies of the previous seasons have set a really high standard and so I have given up on my love, that is food. I am eating healthy and I am trying to work out so that I look the best. I have unlearned everything that I learned in my past fiction shows because this is a totally different show.”
