Ekta Kapoor Brings India's Most Talked "The State Vs Nanavati Case" On OTT Platform

Ekta Kapoor, also known as Czarina of television and filmy content is all set to bring India's most talked about The State Vs Nanavati Case on the OTT platform ALTBalaji. The real-life incident brought a huge change in the Indian judicial system.

Rustom starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role is based on the same lines. The highly controversial case of a Naval Commander K. M. Nanavati who killed his wife's lover, Prem Ahuja is one of the landmark cases in the history of India.

Manav Kaul will be seen donning the white Indian Navy uniform while Actors Elli AvrRam will be playing Sylvia, wife of Kawas Nanavati, and Kubbra Sait will essay the role of Mamie Ahuja.

Directed by Shashant Shah, the 10-episode series also features Angad Bedi as lawyer Karl Khandalvala and Sumeet Vyas as Ram Jethmalani. The story of the 10 episodes web series revolves around infidelity, cold-blooded murder and patriotism still grab people's attention.

This would be a new arena for Ekta Kapoor in the real-life stories being portrayed on the OTT platforms.

In a recent interview, Angad Bedi thanked Ekta Kapoor for giving him the role and spoke about the difficulties in playing real-life characters, he said,
