Comedian Kiku Sharda Booked By Mumbai Police In A Cheating Case

Kiku Sharda from The Kapil Sharma Show fame has been booked by Amboli police for a cheating case filed against him by an art director.
The comedian's father has also been named in the First Information Report. The complainant Nitin Kulkarni alleged that Kiku Sharda and his father owe him Rs 50 lakhs which pertains to an event organized by the trust run by Kiku Sharda's father.
According to Amboli police, the complainant stated that a three-day festival was organized by the trust. The complainant had designed a set for the event held at MMRDA ground in BKC. The cheque given by the organizers bounced which led the complainant to file a formal police complaint.
