Sunny Leone has been sharing a series of videos on her Instagram account, giving her fans a sneak peek into her life amid the ongoing lockdown. Apart from spending quality time with her three adorable kids and husband, the actress has also been doing something very special which, she believes, helps her relieve stress in such testing times.
Sunny Leone had been painting a large canvas amid the lockdown, and guess who inspired her to do so? Well, it was her four-year-old daughter Nisha who inspired her to get down to paint. Sunny Leone recently took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse into her lockdown piece of art, which she calls Broken Glass. The actress revealed that she spent 40 days to complete it.
Sunny Leone tells a publication that how the idea of the painting came from Nisha. The actress reveals that she made her daughter paint a smaller sized canvas as schools had already shut, and she needed her to work on a longer project. It took Nisha about three days to do it, and she made an amazing one, and then she thought she should make one that is larger.
Leone shares that she herself worked on large canvas paintings about 12 years ago, after her mother died. The actress says that that is how she relieves stress. When asked about the idea behind calling her painting Broken Glass, the actress said that everything might feel shattered, but every piece is meant to be next to each other to be made whole again.
Sunny Leone goes on to add that her original thought behind the piece was, in fact, a lot darker. But she says that she knows people out there need positivity, and maybe she needed it too. So, she spun it around into something more hopeful for people.
