South Star Ajith Kumar To Team Up With Boney Kapoor For The Film "AK60"

South actor Ajith Kumar is all set to team up with Boney Kapoor after Nerkonda Paarvai. Although the Pink remake has not been released yet, it looks like Ajith has already signed another film with Boney Kapoor. The announcement regarding the same was made by Kapoor on his Twitter.

He wrote, "A big thank you to the entire unit of #NerkondaPaarvai for working towards August 8th release. Happy to announce our next AK60 with #AjithKumar #HVinoth and @ZeeStudios will start with Pooja end August 2019. @SureshChandraa @DoneChannel1."

With a message so powerful, the film's reception is very necessary. And considering how Ajith has a fandom that would go to any lengths to respect their Thala, the reception might be good, after all!

The film also stars actors like Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang in the lead roles while Vidya Balan and Kalki Koechlin will make guest appearances in the film.

Speaking about working with the actor, Vidya Balan was quoted in a report as saying, “When I learned that Boneyji brought in Ajith Kumar on board, it was just icing on the cake for me,” and added, “I’m just glad that everything fell in place; my first film in Tamil starring Ajith Kumar and produced by Boney Ji.”

Ner Konda Paarvai is a courtroom drama that deals with sexual abuse and justice, and the movie will have Ajith playing a lawyer fighting for justice for women played by Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami and Andrea Tariang, and Vidya Balan plays Ajith's pair in the movie. Ner Konda Paarvai releases on August 8.
