Riythvika Joins Vijay Sethupathi On “Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir”

Riythvika is a talented actress who has just come onboard to play an important role in upcoming film Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir. Vijay Sethupathi plays the male lead.

Riythvika is a versatile actress who has been predominantly appearing in supporting roles in Tamil cinema. The actress started her acting career with the film Paradesi (2013) which delves into the plight of tea plantation workers in Madras Presidency during the British Raj. She was lauded for her nuanced performance of a young woman who is tortured and sexually exploited in the plantations.

Riythvika then hogged the limelight for her performance in Madras where she was appreciated for the role of a feisty housewife. Not only that, she also went on to win a Filmfare Award for her performance in the film. After that, the actress enjoyed the big win of her career when she went on to emerge as the winner of the Tamil reality television show Bigg Boss in 2018.

The latest update on the talented actress is that she has just joined the team of superstar Vijay Sethupathi’s forthcoming film, titled Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir. The film will be directed by debutante filmmaker Venkata Krishna Roghnath.

Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir features Vijay Sethupathi and Megha Akash in lead roles. Riythvika has also been offered an important role to play in the movie. Welcoming the actress onboard, the makers went to social media and made the announcement. They wrote that the team is happy to welcome onboard Riythvika for Makkal Selvan and Vijay Sethupathi’s Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir.

Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir is touted to be a musical thriller. Apart from Vijay Sethupathi, Megha Akash and now Riythvika, the much-awaited movie also features Vivekh, Magizh Thirumeni and Mohan Raja on its cast.
