Rashmika Mandanna To Make Bollywood Debut In Randeep Hooda Starrer?

The new crush of Tollywood Rashmika Mandanna is going to make her way into Bollywood with a product from the debutant director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Making her Telugu debut only last year, the Kannada actress Rashmika Mandanna has quickly emerged as one of the leading young stars of the South cinema. Her career is clearly on a roll as the 23-year-old actress will next appear in an untitled Tamil film helmed by Karthi. Best of all, speculations are doing rounds that she is also going to make her debut into Bollywood with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming venture.

She Is Yet To Give A Nod

If the rumors are true, the actress will be seen opposite Randeep Hooda in her first Bollywood film ever. According to a source, she is still in the middle of the discussion and is yet to give the nod to the project.

The untitled film also marks the debut of the young director Balwinder Singh Janjua into Bollywood. He was the writer for films like Mubarakan, Saand Ki and AankhFirangiHis movie is likely to be an action thriller which features Randeep Hooda in the role of a cop. The director has invested in the script studded with twists and turns. At the moment, the film is on the pre-production stage and is going to start shooting soon.

The New Crush Of Tollywood

Rashmika Mandanna, who is also a model, appears mainly on Kannada and Telugu films. Making her first debut in 2016, the young actress has quickly risen into one of the most popular and highest paid actresses in the South Indian industry.

After reaching absolute success with her Kannada films like Kirik Party (2016), Anjani Putra (2017) and Chamak (2017), Mandanna made ways into Telugu cinema and immediately became the new crush of Tollywood. With three successful films in a row including ChaloGeetha Govindam and Devadas, she made her second hat-trick after hitting the first one in Kannada cinema. There are reasons to believe that her Bollywood debut film (if any) will be another hit at the box office.
