Prithviraj Sukumaran recently stepped in to the director’s shoes for superstar Mohanlal’s film Lucifer. The actor was last seen in the film Driving License. On the eve of the 71^st Republic Day, Prithviraj Sukumaran went on to share the first look of his film Karachi 81 and the social media went berserk with fans outpouring their views.

The actor looks every bit of intense in the poster. The movie revolves around RAW’s elite southern command which was formed by the best team of India and was headed by India’s finest counter insurgency commando. The makers released the first look on Republic Day. The film revolves around the biggest spy operation. The poster sees Prithviraj Sukumaran as an aged man with white attire, looking all fierce. The title and first look of the film have been captivating.

Meanwhile, the makers had reported that major portions of his film will be shot in Pakistan. The reports suggest that the makers were thinking of Pakistan as the main location but are yet to start with the process as the film is in its initial stages. According to sources, the film is high on budget and the shooting locations also include Rajasthan, Kochi and Moscow. The movie will be produced by Varnachithra and directed by K S Bava.
