Prabhas has proved yet another time that he is a force to reckon with not only in the South Indian film industry but Bollywood also.
His latest film Saaho (2019), which entered theaters on 30th August, set the box-office on fire despite receiving poor response from critics.
This proves his star power. Also starring Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role, the action entertainer has turned out to be one of the highest-grossing movies of 2019.
After the stupendous success of Saaho, fans are awaiting the announcement of the next film of Prabhas.
Though there is no official word on it, several media outlets have been reporting that Prabhas has given his nod to headline filmmaker Radha Krishna Kumar’s next directorial venture, and a short schedule of the romantic drama has already shot in the picturesque locations of Italy.
According to reports, the project has been tentatively titled Jaan. Talking about the female lead, Pooja Hegde has been finalized to romance the Baahubali star in the film.

As per reports, Prabhas plays a palmist in the movie, which is set against the backdrop of Europe. Krishnam Raju’s Gopikrishna Movies and UV Creations will jointly bankroll the project. Amit Trivedi will be composing the music.
News also has it that Jagapathi Babu has been cast to play the antagonist opposite Prabhas.
An official announcement is awaited with bated breath.
