Kiara Advani Has A Fangirl Moment As Bumping Into Vijay Deverakonda

Yesterday, a special meeting between a South superstar and a Bollywood actress took the social media by storm. And more especially, the Bollywood actress is having a portrayal in a Bollywood remake of a Telugu hit which starred the South star. It was the unique encounter between Kiara Advani and Vijay Deverakonda at an event in Mumbai on Friday.

Interestingly, Kiara had a fangirl moment at the time when she bumped into Vijay at the gala night. The Telugu actor flashed his heart-melting smile, whereas Kiara couldn’t hide her happiness of encountering the superstar.

Subsequently, the actress took to social media to share the precious moment of meeting and posing for a photograph with her idol, which went viral on the internet. “When Preeti met Arjun,” Kiara wrote a caption.

In the picture, Kiara looked glamorous in a gorgeous pink long top paired up with pink pants and white heels. Meanwhile, Vijay was super dapper in a black T-shirt, matching overcoat and golden printed pants.

For the uninitiated, Vijay Deverakonda is the Telugu actor who touched the glory with the portrayal of Arjun Reddy in 2017 Telugu flick Arjun Reddy. In the meantime, Kiara Advani has recently wrapped up the shooting of Kabir Singh, a Bollywood official remake from the Telugu movie, in which she acts the part of Preeti. Kabir Singh also features Shahid Kapoor in the male lead.

Interestingly, Kiara previously acknowledged that she is Vijay's huge fan. The 26-year-old actress once confided in an earlier interview:

However, sadly, Kiara has never had an opportunity to share screen space with her idol in spite of several appearances in Telugu movies.

Kabir Singh, directed by Sandeep Vanga, is a tale about an alcoholic surgeon, who feels hopeless in life and starts stepping on a self-destructive path after the marriage of his ex-lover and another male. The movie is going to have its premiere on June 21.

Besides, Kiara will next appear alongside Bollywood hottie Varun Dhawan in the April release Kalank's soundtrack.
