Digangana Suryavanshi In Rhea Chakraborty Out From “Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae”

Rhea Chakraborty was all set to make her Kollywood debut with “Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae”. However, the latest we hear that the actress has walked out of the Tamil film due to her date issues.

Digangana Suryavanshi, best remembered for essaying the character of Veera Kaur Sampooran Singh in the popular Star Plus show, Ek Veer Ki Ardaas...Veera, has now moved to films. She made her silver screen debut with the Govinda starrer FryDay in 2018 and later went on to collaborate with the superstar once again for yet another comic-caper titled Rangeela Raja (2019).

Digangana Suryavanshi is now trying her luck in South cinema. She recently made her Telugu film debut with romcom Hippi (2019) opposite Kartikeya Gummakonda. The latest we hear that the gorgeous actress has bagged a new film down South. According to reports, Digangana has replaced Rhea Chakraborty in filmmaker Sanjay Bharathi’s Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae, which stars Harish Kalyan as the male lead.

Rhea Chakraborty, who predominantly acts in Hindi films, was psyched up about making her Kollywood debut with the said movie. However, she had to bow out of it owing to date clashes. She has been replaced by Digangana Suryavanshi. Dhanusu Raasi Neyargalae will mark her debut in the Tamil industry.

Confirming the development, filmmaker Sanjay Bharati tells an Indian daily,
