Aishwarya Rajesh Reveals What Led Her To Opt Out Of “Indian 2”

Aishwarya Rajesh was set to share the screen space with megastar Kamal Haasan in the much-awaited Tamil film “Indian 2”. However, she opted out of the Shankar directorial at the last moment.

Aishwarya Rajesh, who is considered as one of the finest actresses in the Tamil film industry, is no longer starring in the much-talked-about Tamil film Indian 2. She opted out of the high-profile project after having agreed to play the female lead in it before.
While Kamal Haasan returns to reprise his role in the sequel as well, Aishwarya Rajesh was roped in to play one of the female leads in it.
However, the talented actress exited the film at the last minute. A source close to the development revealed to an Indian daily that Aishwarya Rajesh was supposed to have started working on the project some time ago. Since the film faced an inordinate delay and dates of all the actors had to be reshuffled, she could not manage to allot news dates for the film as she had committed to other projects.
Confirming the development Aishwarya Rajesh informs,
Besides Kamal Haasan, Indian 2 also stars Kajal Agarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Siddharth, Samuthirakani, Vidyut Jammwal and Vivekh. The makers are now looking for a suitable replacement for Aishwarya Rajesh who has several other high-profile projects in her hand including Vaanam Kottatum, Nama Veetu Pillai, Vada Chennai-2 and Ka Pae Ranasingam.
