EDM artist Marshmello, who is now touring India as a part of the 2019 Vh1 Supersonic festival, has recently released his new music video with the first ever Hindi track, titled Biba. FYI, Marshmello teamed up with an Indian music composer, Pritam, and singer, performer Shirley Setia in the music video, and indeed features superstar Shah Rukh Khan as a cameo. ‘Biba’ is considered as a tribute to the Bollywood musicals.

Jointly composed by Pritam, who also appears in the video, Biba contains references to some of the most iconic films of SRK, comprising of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Dil Se, and Devdas.

The video begins with Marshmello watching a Bollywood film, in which an actor putting on his signature headgear is doing an SRK’s familiar pose, recreating the iconic scene of DDLJ. The song continues to drop more hilarious references to other scenes from other hits of SRK including the basketball sequence of ‘Kuck Kuch Hota Hai’ and the dance sequence of Dil Se. At the end of the video, Shah Rukh Khan makes a surprising cameo, and the star can be seen wearing the signature headgear of Marshmellow.
