Sanjay Dutt and Koena Mitra were first seen in O Saki Saki from the 2004 film Musafir. Sanjay Dutt had played the role of a small-time criminal Mussa Bhai.
The song had become a chart buster and was liked by the audience. Koena Mitra's performance was acknowledged in the number.
Nora Fatehi's performance and backing of T-Series baron Bhushan Kumar, the song became one of the most-watched videos worldwide in 24 hours. The remix version was liked by Sanjay Dutt and reacted to media queries about the song.
When asked about the remix version of his song O Saki Saki, Sanjay Dutt said,
The actor and his wife Maanayata Dutt will be producing a Marathi movie Baba. Speaking on the lines of this new venture, Sanjay Dutt also revealed that he will be more than happy to work in the Marathi films if the role suits him.
