2018 was hand downs one of the toughest years for the 26-year-old singer Selena Gomez as she had to go to rehab because of ‘mental breakdown’. However, Sel plans to make 2019 become her year both personally and professionally. She is now working on a much happier and healthier lifestyle and also coming back to the music scene.

Julia, in a recent interview with Billboard magazine, revealed how important to open up more about anxiety, which is one of the most popular states that the millennial generation is having to cope with. She feels very strongly that it’s not a taboo and it should be invested in much more. Speaking of the collaboration with Gomez, the Issues star shared that Selena found Anxiety amazing. Julia also said the song worked best for them as anxiety is something both of them are struggling with.
