A compound that is initially from a traditional medicine of China is called triptonide. It’s extracted from an herb, T. wilfordii Hook F. They then did severe tests on animals. A single daily dose can show its effectiveness on male mice within 3 to 4 weeks and 5 to 6 weeks in monkeys.
