Actress Kristen Bell, one of the beloved star voicing Anna in Frozen, raised questions about the inappropriate message in Disney’s films.

In a recent interview, the Veronica Mars star expressed grave concern about the wrong message regarding consent from the story of Snow White. She realized this problem when reading story's book to her two children: Lincoln, 5, and Delta, 3.

Kristen Bell is worried that Snow White is sending the wrong message to kids.

A wrong message from Disney classic

She shared that every time she finished reading, closed the book and asked her kids:

and my kid said ‘ No, I won't’. I think I am doing the right thing”, she said.

Bell also brought about an issue in terms of behavior belonging to #MeToo movement.

“You cannot kiss other people when they are sleeping”, the mom of two kids added. She felt that this behavior would make a bad influence on the minds of children and suffer from a false perception about consent.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was produced by Walt Disney Productions in 1937. It centers on Snow White who goes straight to sleep deeply after eating a poisoned apple from the wicked witch (also her jealous stepmother Queen). She never wakes up until the Princess comes and gives a kiss on her lips. From then, the couple lives happily together for good.

The Frozen star came after Keira Knightley’s appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show saying that she had forbidden her 3-year-old daughter from watching classic Disney movies.
