Mollie Fitzgerald had a role in 2011’s ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ was arrested on Tuesday with second-degree murder in the death of her mother, Patricia Fitzgerald on December 20. Patricia Fitzgerald was found dead inside her home in Kansan suffering from a stab wound at the age of 68.
As reported by CBS News, Mollie was charged and jailed on a $500,000 bond on Tuesday.
Patricia Fitzgerald's brother Gary Hunziker told The Kansas City Star that the family knew few details about the circumstances surrounding his sister's death. He sadly said:

A funeral service for Patricia Fitzgerald will be held on Friday, January 3rd at the Divine Mercy Parish in Kansas.
