The Sussex Royal Instagram account has already had to take down and repost one of their posts promoting charities instead of sending gifts to their new baby.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex who recently joined the gram and garnered more than 4 million followers just made a mistake, which they had to change and that has left Meghan Markle red-faced.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that the Sussexes' official Instagram account had some errors in their original post about where to donate in lieu of sending them gifts for the upcoming Baby Sussex. Gert's Royals, a royal blogger pointed out,

The original photo posted by the Duke and Duchess included a graffiti mural of former South African President Nelson Mandela’s face alongside his famous quote, Walk to Freedom. However, the post was swiftly deleted and a zoomed-in version of the picture was reposted, cropping out the former president's face so the message was more visible.

Indeed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have previously expressed their admiration of Mandela, with Harry previously meeting his widow Graca Machel in 2015.
The Sussex Royal Instagram post was made as a plea to those wishing to give baby gifts to the couple who are expecting their first child to be born soon.
