Deepika Padukone recently turned the cover girl for Harper's Bazaar October issue and we must say, she's exuding a distinct aura in her recent photoshoot. Taking to her Instagram handle, Deepika Padukone shared a set of pictures that show her carrying off western looks with full sartorial elegance.

On the main cover of the magazine, Padukone shelled out modern glamour with her stunning avatar in the cover shot of the fashion magazine. From the sleek hairdo to Ralph Lauren ensembles to her makeup, everything was beyond perfect.

Ditching the dramatic outfits, DeePee preferred going all basic but sophisticated in her new pictures with a formal look, perfect for the upcoming winter season. She wore grey trousers, a navy high-neck top, and a trench coat. She also dressed blue stilettos with the look and kept the makeup understated.

Deepika Padukone looked like a strong and independent woman dressed in brown sleek pants, top and a scarf wrapped around her neck, pairing her outfit well with brown stilettos.

Dressed in off-white tee Ralph Lauren from head to toe tucked inside high-waist brown jeans, the actress showed us how power dressing is done in the best possible way! Her look was completed with a blazer that she wore on one of her shoulders. Subtle makeup and accessories like watch and earrings rounded up her look.

Deepika Padukone is many things one of Bollywood’s top leading ladies, an influencer, and an actress par excellence. Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, she opens up to about love, movies, and her ongoing fight for mental health awareness.

The Padmaavat actress is currently India's highest-paid actress. Talking about how does it feel to be a global phenomenon, she said,

When the Padmaavat actress was asked how she has evolved over the years, Deepika revealed that she is more expressive now, but still a tab bit weird.

Deepika showed incredible strength when she decided to come forward and speak about mental health. This also made one wonder what made Deepika Padukone want to expose herself and share her story?

"I wanted people to know my truth. Now not a single day goes by that people aren’t comfortable to talk to me about their mental health. And I give them my time. Because then I think, there’s nothing more important than that: To listen. That in itself in achievement for me and for the cause. That was really my motivation - to have people talk about mental health the way we walk about our physical health."

The Chhapaak actress talked about her evolving fashion sense and how she has recently been challenging herself with remarkable sartorial choices.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone will be seen next in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak, which also stars Vikrant Massey in the lead. Chhapaak is the story of Laxmi Agarwal, an acid attack survivor. The film is set to release on January 2020.
